A recent survey has found that two-thirds (66%) of employers hiring seasonal workers this summer will consider these employees for permanent placement/positions with their company. What can these workers expect from their paychecks?
According to the CareerBuilder.com survey, nearly 1 in 4 (23%) of over 3, 100 hiring managers and HR professionals say that they plan to hire seasonal workers this summer, and another 14% are undecided. Another 29% plan to pay between $8 and $10 per hour. Only 11% of respondents plan to pay less than $7 per hour.
