your son, daughter, niece, or nephew is in the Class of 2000 they are lucky indeed. Hiring prospects have never been brighter. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) just did a survey of 435 employers. The results -- hiring will increase 14.5% over last year. One reason, no big surprise to you, is that experienced employees are hard to find, so college grads will have to replace them.
