The 2016 Employee Financial Wellness Survey included feedback from 554 employees around the United States. On scale of one through 10, employees without a wellness program at work had an average satisfaction rating of 5.49. Employees with a wellness program available averaged a rating of 7.2.
But employees with a wellness program that also included financial wellness rated their benefits at an average of 7.66—a satisfaction increase of 39.5% over the employee group without any wellness program at work.
The survey also reviewed top financial goals, employer loyalty, benefits understanding, wellness statistics, and more. Additional survey results can be found here.
